DESCRIPTION:

This book is designed to improve the spoken Chinese of foreigners who already have a vocabulary of 1,000 to 1,500 Chinese characters. Each of 20 lessons has a text, vocabulary list with Pinyin spelling and English equivalents, explanation and examples of idioms used in the text, and exercises.
