    This erhu song consists of five parts.
    (1) Prelude: under the moonlight, the man who travels far away from home worries about when he can go home.
    (2) Adagio: on the beach, he messes his family.
    (3) Adagietto: it is more lively since the man thinks of the beauty of his homeland.
    (4) Cadenza: the melody circles round the high range for he recalls the sadness of his journey.
    (5) Finale: the leaves of the tall trees fall, the man hopes that he can go home as the falling leaves.
  • Reflection of the Moon on the Erquan Spring(Erhu)

Since the fifties, he has performed for the Central People? Broadcasting Radio and premiered Young Flowe Drum, Capriccio of Sanmen Gorge and Ballad of North Henan.

    Liu Tianhua is a remarkable ethnomusicologist and innovator at the May 4th Movement of China. It reflects the leisure life of the composer although he is sick and poor. He was uncertain about his ideal future and the anxieties made him feel uneasy.
    The melody of the song is beautiful and deep. Jiang? erhu performance is skilful and rich in content.

Free rein has given to the cadenza to express the joyous sentiments. The fourth section is the repetition of the first one.
