Six Harmonies (or Six Conformities) Boxing is said to be designed and arranged by Monk Xu Naluo who was responsible for tending the kitchen fire according the various movements of monks' daily exercising, was originated from the last years of Yuan dynasty and the beginning years of Ming dynasty. It has the characteristics of tight structure, applicable to both defense and attack, clear movements and distinguish actual combativeness, so many military monks like it. It is a dual routine in Sholin boxing, and also one of the most important series that Kung Fu monks of the past ages taught to their disciples as the foundation of training for actual combat
