Shaolin Crutch has many varieties, including Plum-blossom Crutch, Ox-horn Crutch, Bamboo-joint Crutch, etc. This kind of weapon is suit for elders to exercise. The characteristic of Plum-blossom Crutch is its movements: hooking, grabbing, sweeping, hanging, chopping, upper cutting, and what more is the circling and figure-8 with crutch, which piece together the whole routine. The movements could be either huddling or stretching out as a roc. It’s especially good for building up the body.
